If you want a long term follow-up, choose our 1 year subscription pack.

You will receive a questionnaire to fill in and return.

You will be offered specific treatment and additional tests.

After your acceptance, a prescription and a payment link will be sent to you by our partner laboratory.

You reserve your reporting mode (PDF or video).

You receive the collection kit directly at your home.

Take samples using the tubes present in the kit.
If blood tests are necessary, you will need to call a home nurse to take the sample *.
* In this case you will have to pay the cost of the act directly to the nurse.

Return your kit by post free of charge.

The results and your treatment will reach you within 3 to 4 weeks.
If you have chosen the video report option, a consultation date will be offered to you.
